Frequently Asked Questions

SIPP is a trenchless pipe rehabilitation method that restores aging waste, vent, sewer, and select ducting lines from the inside. It is installed without major excavation, helping reduce demolition and maintain normal building operations during the project.

Rehabilitation is often recommended when the existing pipe has enough structural integrity to be restored internally. It can reduce demolition, shorten downtime, and lower overall project impact compared to replacement. An inspection confirms whether rehabilitation is the right option.

Pipe Revive primarily supports multi-unit residential, commercial, and institutional facilities with aging infrastructure. Typical systems include building sewers, drains, waste and vent lines, and select large diameter piping, based on access and pipe condition.

The process includes four steps:
1. We schedule a video camera inspection and line locating.
2. Evaluate the findings and provide clear recommendations, whether rehabilitation, preventative enhancement, or replacement.
3. Perform the approved solution such as no-dig installation or SIPP lining.
4. Verify performance through post-work inspection and properly close out the project.

Preventative enhancement strengthens aging systems before failure occurs. It helps reduce backups, emergency repairs, and unplanned downtime. We recommend it when inspection results show early wear, recurring issues, or risk factors that can be addressed proactively.

Inspection First. Clarity Follows.

"Every pipe system tells a story on camera. We recommend rehabilitation, enhancement, or replacement based on what the line actually shows.”

OUR BENEFITS

Benefits of Our Pipe Rehabilitation Approach

Clear inspections, trenchless rehabilitation, and practical recommendations designed to protect aging systems with controlled disruption.

We start with camera inspection and line locating to confirm conditions, then recommend the most practical next step.
SIPP restores waste, vent, sewer, and select ducting lines internally, reducing demolition and helping maintain day-to-day operations.
Preventative enhancement strengthens aging systems early, helping reduce emergency calls, backups, downtime, and unexpected repair expenses.
When rehabilitation isn’t viable, we plan targeted replacement with clear scope, controlled impact, and long-term reliability.
We support multi-unit, commercial, and institutional facilities with structured processes, mobile equipment, and clear communication.
